SheTechTalks provides young women with essential digital skills and entrepreneurial training. Our programs are designed to foster confidence and competence in the rapidly evolving tech landscape.
Objectives
Innovate in your future and get into the industry
SheTechTalks aims to teach young women (aged 18-30) digital and technological skills together with business competences. Our aim through this project is to reach both direct and indirect objectives:
- Train and educate women in topics related to digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, Cybersecurity and Coding.
- Assist women to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to occupy themselves in digital projects and thrive in STEM.
- Engage more women and girls in the so-called “male-dominated” STEM fields such as programming/software developing, etc.
- Create more role models for young girls to encourage them to pursue IT as a career and not be intimidated by the existing bias against them.
- Reduce the gender gap in IT jobs and lessen or mostly remove the bias employers and other professionals in STEM usually have against women.
