Creating women communities & sharing stories

SheTechTalks aims to teach young women (aged 18-30) digital skills together with business competences. Our goals through this project are to:

Train and educate women in topics related to digital technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Data management, IT project management & How to start your own IT business
Assist women to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to occupy themselves in digital projects and excel in STEM
Engage more women and girls in the so-called “male-dominated” STEM fields such as programming/software developing, etc.
Promote more role models for young girls to encourage them to pursue IT as a career and not be intimidated by the existing bias against them
Reduce the gender gap in IT jobs and lessen or mostly remove the bias employers and other professionals in STEM usually have against women
