What the project aims for
1. Competence based learning
Our courses are competence based. Participants will learn critical business and digital skills. SheTechTalks is designed to facilitate diverse learning styles and preferences. It is self-paced, allowing ample time for experiential learning, problem-solving, project testing, and skill proofing. The academy lasts 8 weeks, but the asynchronous material will remain online for a long time after, allowing learners to return at will.2. Expert-led instruction
We connect participants with experience academics, experts on the fields of AI, cyber security, data management, business strategy professionals, mentors, and educators with practical experience in these disciplines. Our professional-led sessions provide extensive learning, practical experience, and guidance to empower young women to excel at navigating the complexities of the digital world. The academies offer regular interval tutor-led community meetings, each Friday, to solve queries and connect with each other.3. Community driven engagement
There is more to SheTechTalks dynamic learning journey. We build a dynamic and empowering digital space, where women can network, share experiences, and grow together. The learning environment encourages and facilitates open and transparent communication with weekly assignments and peer support and iterative feedback. The program culminates with selective group mentoring, successful project presentation and a career day with industry experts.4. Agile & adaptive learning
The digital space is ever-changing, and so is our curriculum. SheTechTalks operates under an agile and adaptable learning model, regularly updating courses to fit the latest trends and innovations. From AI breakthroughs to IT project management, entrepreneurial development and shifting market demands, our academies confer up-to-date industry-relevant abilities to learners, complementing it with rich community knowledge and peer support.
